Officer Reporting Form
The Officer Reporting form should be competed yearly to confirm or announce the officers of the Chapter or District for the new administrative year, or when ever there is an officer change.

Consolidated Chapter Report (CCR)
The Consolidated Chapter Report (CCR) should be filled out yearly to document what the chapter has done, both in volunteering and in donations. Much like the Consolidate Post Report (CPR) or the Consolidated Squadron Report (CSR) allows you to share the statistics behind what you have done. A narrative section has been added as well for Chapters and Districts to truly write their story of the past year.
